It’s
a hidden gem within the hotel and we invite you to come
and experience the relaxed, informal atmosphere and the
mouth-watering cuisine of Head Chef Damien Saxon.
Born in Lancashire Damien has
transformed the menu into a truly delicious combination
of locally sourced produce with a Mediterranean influence.
Dishes such as wild mushroom and tarragon butter ravioli,
sesame seed coated tuna steak and warm cherry and frangipan
tartlet are recent additions to the menu.
We are proud of our service at the Atrium and our Restaurant

wine list offering pairing options with your chosen dishes.
The split level space hosts a cocktail bar overlooking
the restaurant with a light, airy feel and modern décor.
